Graham Harvey is the Chairman of the RWTA and VP Global Quality, Safety and Sustainability at Newcold.
Graham has a demonstrated history of leadership in the food and agribusiness sectors in the Asia Pacific and European regions. Graham is skilled in Operations, Manufacturing Management, Supply Chain including warehousing and logistics, Safety Management, Quality Management, Project Management, Change management and Continuous Improvement. He is a strong operations professional with a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the Queensland University of Technology.

Craig Adams

Craig Adams - Board Member of the RWTA and Director Strategic Operations for Primary Connect.
Over 30 years of Supply Chain experience through broad and deep roles within Retail, FMCG and 3rd Party Logistics. His professional background encompasses leading senior management and large operational teams across various supply chain and business domains including operations, multi-modal transport, strategy, network development, automation, integrated business planning, contract management and procurement activities.
Ashlee Arnall
Lineage Logistics

Ashlee Arnall works with Lineage Logistics as the Regional Director Operations, North. Ashlee has accountability for operational management and performance of the New South Wales and Queensland warehousing and transport businesses.
Prior to working with Lineage Logistics, Ashlee held diverse roles including warehouse layout and design management as well as leading a business for industrial filtration servicing the Gas Turbine and Pharmaceutical industries. She joined Lineage Logistics 8 years ago, and before moving back into Operations, held the position of General Manger Business Development, Australia.
Her experience has armed her with a strong understanding of the Voice of Customer and well-rounded insights into market trends. She is passionate about uniting innovation with operational excellence to accomplish comprehensive solutions for customers.
Paul Burn

Paul joined the Cold Storage Association of Australia in 1983 as an Associate Member. In 1993, when the Refrigerated Transport Industry and the Cold Storage Association merged and formed the RWTA, Paul became a Board Member. He served on the board for 13 years and was National Chairman of the RWTA from 2000 to 2002 and Immediate Past Chairman from 2003 to 2007.
Paul is a former Senior Executive in the Transport Logistics arena, specialising in all aspects of the perishable food distribution for 32 years. He has a diverse background in all management responsibilities ranging from operational duties to strategic planning, logistics solutions, due diligence, equipment design, materials handling, operational re-organisation, e-route systems, B2B and B2C business and senior account management.
Paul has completed studies in the distribution of horticultural products at UCAL Davis-Sacramento and is responsible for many contributions to the distribution and supply chain analysis of horticultural products in Australia. He is also a graduate of the Mt Eliza Senior Executive Program, and is the current Chairman of the Air Freight Council of Queensland and a member of The Australian Logistics Council.
Paul Fleiszig

Paul Fleiszig is a Board member of the RWTA and the Principal of Landelia Pty Ltd, a supply chain consultancy. He serves as Executive Director at Cold Chain Logistics Solutions Pty Ltd (CCLS) and Non-Executive Director at Radio Terminal Systems Pty Ltd (RTS).
With a solid foundation in general management, systems, and customer relationship management, Paul has extensive experience in business development and financial management. He formerly held the position of Operations and Marketing Director at Oxford Cold Storage for 29 years.
Paul holds a Bachelor of Economics from Monash University and is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand. His non-profit commitments include being President of the Ajax Ski Club at Mt Buller and Ajax Maccabi Water Polo Club. He is also actively involved in various sports sub-committees supporting amateur and school sports.
Nick Lindsay

RWTA Board Member, Nick Lindsay holds the position of General Manager, Transformation at Lindsay Australia.
Nick has over 20 years’ experience in the Australian Transport and Logistics sector, specialising in Fleet, Compliance, Sustainability and Transformation.
His strengths lie in critical thinking and problem solving and is skilled in analysing complex issues and delivering practical solutions. He has proven ability to lead teams and drive results and is experienced in developing and executing strategic plans. Nick is focused on implementing new ideas to enhance operations and is committed to optimising processes for sustained efficiency.
Nick has a Master of Business Administration from the QUT Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration.
Tony Sands

Tony Sands is the Managing Director of family-owned business, Sands Fridge Lines.
Established in 1979, Sands is at the forefront of WA’s refrigerated logistics sector.
With over 40 years’ experience in the cold chain and providing chiller, frozen and ambient warehousing and transport distribution services throughout metropolitan and regional WA, the RWTA are pleased to have the expertise of Tony on our Board.
Doug Seccombe
Americold
Board Member
Doug has been with Americold since 1995 and has deep expertise in our industry.
With a CPA background, Doug worked in Americold’s accounting and finance team before transitioning into operations in 1998. Doug has led Americold’s QSR, Transportation and Retail Operations in Australia and New Zealand. He has helped establish and drive forward a strong and successful culture of customer service, operational performance, and compliance.
Doug commenced as Americold’s Managing Director APAC in 2024.
Cameron Trewin

Cameron oversees Linfox's Intermodal operations across Australia, managing interstate transport solutions via road, rail, and coastal shipping. This role supports various sectors, including Consumer and Healthcare, Retail, Resources, and Industrial. Linfox's Intermodal business unit features an extensive network of warehousing and cross-docking facilities, optimizing logistics for safety and efficiency.
Starting his career in Linfox's graduate program, Cameron has been with the company for over 12 years. He was appointed President Intermodal in February 2023, after progressing through several general management roles within Linfox Intermodal, and serving three years as National Manager in the Retail unit. Cameron holds qualifications from RMIT and completed the General Management Program at Harvard Business School.
