Marianne Kintzel has been the Executive Officer of the Refrigerated Warehouse & Transport Association of Australia (RWTA) since 2018, leading the national peak body representing Australia's refrigerated warehousing and cold chain logistics sector.

She works to advance the interests of the cold chain through advocacy, collaboration and strategic initiatives that strengthen the industry's resilience, sustainability and future growth.

Marianne has played a key role in expanding the Association's membership, developing strong national partnerships. Passionate about connecting people and ideas, she is recognised for bringing together industry leaders to address emerging challenges in food security, energy, leadership and supply chain innovation, ensuring the Australian cold chain continues to evolve and play its vital role in feeding the nation.
