Wendy Fauvel is a partner in Herbert Smith Freehills' industrial relations team, recognised nationally for her expertise in enterprise bargaining and industrial disputes. She advises clients across the transport, renewables, and infrastructure sectors, offering strategic guidance before and during bargaining to help achieve successful outcomes.

Wendy is particularly known for her work with project owners and contractors on industrial relations compliance, including Commonwealth and State procurement requirements and Building Code obligations in construction. She has supported major infrastructure projects along the East Coast through complex IR challenges.
