RASALAN was set up to exclusively help factory and warehouse tenants in metro Sydney get fair and independent representation when facing a market rent review. We work to ensure tenants pay their landlord only what's absolutely necessary, subject to their lease. We only represent tenants with market rent review objections or disputes. This ensures we never have a conflict of interest and that our interests always align with our clients'. 

Our focus is helping tenants manage their lease costs through the market rent review mechanism, when those reviews arise.

We have over a decade of experience as an industrial property valuer, having previously worked at a national  for major institutional landlords, private landlords, most major banks, and a few tenants.

Off the back of a chat with a tenant, coupled with the clear need for better tenant representation, RASALAN was established to try and help tenants get a fair go - which post COVID and recent industrial rental increases since has proven to be needed more than ever before.
