Peter is the founder of Peter Berry Consultancy (PBC), a global multidisciplinary consulting firm with over 35 years’ experience delivering best practice human capital solutions. PBC partners with clients to maximise the potential and performance of individuals, teams, leaders and organisations. PBC selects and develops the best people through cutting-edge, research-based global assessments that are both rigorous and business friendly for executives and teams. PBC represents Hogan assessments, along with a range of other assessment providers, in Australia and internationally.

Peter specialises in leadership development, coaching, change management, business performance and team building across public and private sectors and a range of industries globally. His competencies include strong leadership skills, sound business acumen, strategic thinking capability and emotional intelligence. Passionate about improving leadership effectiveness, Peter believes that effective leadership drives engagement and performance, while also enabling the creation of high-performing teams. His experience also includes over 20 years as a Director and Associate with Melbourne Business School.

Peter is a prolific writer. He has authored several business books, he regularly produces thought leadership pieces. His most recent publication, The Core5 Model of Leadership Effectiveness, identifies the key competencies that take leaders from good to great.

His consulting experience includes extensive work with Federal, State and Local governments across Australia, as well as leading large-scale projects for multinationals globally. Under his leadership, PBC has expanded to offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Dublin and Auckland, supported by a global network of partners and distributors delivering PBC’s diagnostics and services globally.
