Naomi Frauenfelder

Naomi Frauenfelder is the inaugural Chief Executive Officer of Healthy Heads in Trucks & Sheds (HHTS), having joined the organisation in 2021. She brings extensive leadership experience from her previous role as Executive Director of the TrackSAFE Foundation, a national rail industry not-for-profit.

At HHTS, Naomi has played a leadership role in advancing initiatives that shape national conversations and foster collaboration across the sector. She champions programs and campaigns that enhance mental health, safety, and wellbeing throughout the supply chain.

Throughout her career, Naomi has been driven by a commitment to unite industries around meaningful causes, particularly in mental health and wellbeing. She focuses on empowering organisations and individuals to tackle challenges proactively, fostering resilient, supportive cultures that prioritise care, safety, and wellbeing.

Naomi holds both a Bachelor and Master’s degree from Monash University and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
